2012 Cornhole Classic Tournament @ Po’Boys Downtown
Saturday, May 19, 2012 // 6:30 p.m.
We’re bringing back a NYP classic! The 3rd sometimes-annual Cornhole Classic Tournament is happening this Saturday, May 19 at Po’ Boys Downtown. Registration fees (which includes AYCD draft domestic beer) are $5 for members and $10 for non-members and will be paid at the door. Those who want to pre-register and guarantee their spot in the tournament should email their team and participant names to tallynypevents@gmail.com. Day-of registration opens at 6 PM and the tournament begins at 6:30pm.

 
Leadership Interest Forum

The Leadership Interest Forum will take place on Thursday, May 24 at 6 PM in Hotel Duval’s Horizon Ballroom. If you would like to be considered for a leadership position and attend this event, you will need to fill out a Leadership Interest Form before Wednesday, May 23 by clicking here. Just fill out the easy form here (be sure you are a current, paid member), submit it electronically and presto – you’re RSVP-ed for the event.

Community Corner Roundtable with Leon County School’s Superintendent, Jackie Pons [Mid-June]
NYP is paring up with Superintendent Jackie Pons and other community groups to bring a special Community Corner event to our members and discerning young professionals to learn about volunteer opportunities within the school system. More details to come!

 
Party of 8: Summertime Edition [Late June]
Our popular Party of 8 event is dressing down in a Summertime Edition. Instead of a dinner with 8 soon-to-be-friends, you’ll enjoy a nice day-time lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Flip flops encouraged!! Then all the participants will meet up afterward for a early evening happy hour. More details to come!
